Reason for Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be received, accepted, and processed a minimum of 30 days prior to the start of the reserved Summer Camp week.

A processing fee of $50 will apply to each cancelled Summer Camp registration.

No cancellation or transfer requests will be accepted fewer than 30 days prior to the start of the reserved Summer Camp week.

No cancellation or transfer requests are accepted for Summer Camp vouchers.

Please cancel my child from the following week of Summer Camp:

Summer Camp Week 4 (July 6 - 10)

Summer Camp Week 5 (July 13 - 17)

Summer Camp Week 6 (July 20 - 24)

Summer Camp Week 7 (July 27 - 31)

Summer Camp Week 8 (August 1 - 3)

By signing below, I understand that a processing fee of $50 will apply to each cancelled Summer Camp registration.

Upon receipt and acceptance of this cancellation request, a refund of Summer Camp tuition, less the processing fee, will be issued to my original payment card within 7-10 business days.
