Open to children ages 1 - 9 years.
Fridays 6:45 pm - 7:45 pm
$18 per participant, per visit
This is an unstructured practice and play period exclusively for ages 1-9 years. This is an opportunity to utilize the equipment and gym space. Active caregiver participation is required for all children ages 5 years and under. A toddler room will be available for participants ages 3 years and under.

Open to ages 10 years and up, or students that are Blue level and above.

This is an unstructured practice and play period exclusively for ages 10+ (or current Encore students at Blue level or above). This is an opportunity for our more advanced gymnasts to utilize the equipment and gym space.

Open Gym for all ages
Open Gym is a great opportunity for you and your little ones or your big kids to get their energy out, to practice new skills, or just to socialize with other like-minded parents or athletes. We offer a range of Open Gym events for all ages. From our littlest bitty bouncers who are just starting to explore, to our avid, advanced gymnasts ready to take their training to the next level, to adults wanting to incorporate gymnastics equipment into their workout routine, we have an event for you.
