Invitational Open Gym
Mondays 7:45-9pm
Open to Invitational athletes only.
Invitational Open Gym is practice time with coaches dedicated to assisting in learning routines and/or skills within the routine.
Invitational Routine Practice Wednesdays 6:15—7:15pm
This class is focused on teaching and perfecting routines; we will not be working on individual skills within the routine. This optional practice is intended as a supplemental class, not as a replacement for your current gymnastics class.

Pre–registration is required for each visit to class. This is a drop-in only class. You may attend as often as you wish. The cost is $30 per practice.

Follow the link buttons below to register as, space is limited. Registration for each week's practice will open the Thursday before. The links below will not work until the Thursday prior to the listed date. All registrations are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable.

Make sure you're in town during the weeks of Flip N Flash.

All classes of the same level will perform together on the main floor.

Leotards and Tshirts will be available (while supplies last) for purchase two weeks before the show in our Swirl Shop.

This is an optional purchase. You do NOT need a specialty leotard or T-shirt to participate.

You do not need to sign up to participate. All classes, age 3 and above, will participate.

Each child may bring up to 2 guests to the gym floor.

The demonstration will include a circuit with skills they have practiced in class.
What is Flip N Flash? If you're new to our program, this has traditionally been an opportunity for parents to observe their child during regular class time and get great pictures of their gymnast up close! But this year, we’re adding glitz and fanfare. We’re creating an event where your athlete can showcase their skills in a demonstration with their class.
