Registration
Our weekly classes are filled directly from waiting lists. Registration for our weekly class waitlists is open on a continuous basis on our website. (Note: if there is no WAITLIST link within the listing for a particular beginning-level class, it is because the waiting list itself is maxed out.)
When you click through a WAITLIST link, you will then be prompted to complete a registration webform, which will create your Parent Portal account for you or click here to create a Parent Portal account and view classes from there.
Waitlists carry over from session to session. Each child can join the waiting list for a maximum of three different class day/times. We will contact you as soon as we can offer you a spot in any of your child’s waitlisted classes. We recommend opting into text messaging when you create your Parent Portal account to receive an alert when a waitlisted class does have an opening.
Enrollment
All weekly classes run year-round, and enrollment continues on an on-going, subscription basis once you’ve joined a class, with each session (payment cycle) lasting four weeks. All enrollments are final. No refunds, cancellations, transfers, trial visits, or discounts.
If you need to take a break from classes for any reason, please email us or complete a withdrawal notice here. Notice must be received by the 15th of the final month of enrollment.

Absences
While we appreciate you notifying us when your child will be absent, we are unable to offer make-ups or credits for missed classes. Instead, if your student has missed a class within the past month or so, they will be eligible to register for a visit to Courtesy Night, on a space-available basis. A maximum of one absence per month is eligible for Courtesy Night. Please stop by or call our front desk for more information or to register for a Courtesy Night.
Session re-registration
All weekly class enrollments are on an on-going, subscription basis, year-round. All students are automatically re-registered to continue to attend the SAME weekly class for the next session. You only need to notify us -- by no later than the 15th of the final month of enrollment -- if your child will NOT continue to attend class past the current session, because non-refundable tuition payments begin to process on the 20th of the month for the upcoming month's session. All tuition payments are made in advance.
Gymnastics Attire
For most gymnastics students, comfortable athletic attire is fine. Hair must be up, and feet bare for class. For safety reasons, no skirts, no jeans, nothing with snaps, zippers, or other hardware, and midriffs must remain covered, please. For our advanced girls (Blue-level/Intermediate Tumbling and above), a gymnastics leotard is required for safety reasons.
Check-In/Drop-Off/Parking
begins 5 minutes before class. To minimize crowding in the hallways between classes, we ask that you avoid bringing your student(s) to their assigned class bench any earlier. Saturday families: we suggest allowing extra time for parking, as special events happening elsewhere in the SportsMall frequently bring additional traffic to the Shadelands neighborhood on the weekends. Please be aware that there is no SportsMall parking at the medical/dental offices next door. Vehicles parked there are subject to tow. Our neighbors at those offices have advised us that they will be enforcing this restriction.
Pick-Up
Parents must meet their student(s) at each class's assigned bench at the end of class time. Students over the age of 10 may exit on their own with your permission. Please exercise caution in the parking lots, especially after dark.
Shoes and other personal belongings
Please send your child to class wearing street shoes that they can quickly and easily remove without assistance (flip-flops, slides, or similar styles are best). However, as street shoes may not be worn onto the gym floor at any time, we recommend that each student bring a drawstring backpack or similar small bag to corral their shoes, socks, and any other personal items.
