Up to 15 participants* $459
16-20 participants* $574
Additional participants* over 20: $20 each, to a maximum of 40 participants
*A participant is ANY child who joins the party on the gym floor.

Payment of $459 is due and charged at the time of booking and covers the base rate. 
This payment is non-refundable/non-transferable. 

Booking
Keep the following in mind when booking a party:

• Alcohol: NO alcohol is permitted on the premises.

• Maximum of 40 participants per party.

• We are unable to extend parties past the two-hour party time frame. We are unable to accommodate requests for back-to-back parties.​

• In order to allow the maximum amount of students to celebrate their birthdays with us, we allow one party per child, per year.

• Party reservations are FINAL once booked.

• ​NO transfer or cancellation requests are accepted.

• ​Choose your party dates carefully.

If you would like to host a party for more than one birthday child, simply enroll one child, and then contact our Hospitality Team to add the second child.

Start the booking process

• Current and returning clients login to your existing account in our Parent Portal.

• New clients can create a Parent Portal account here.

The Parent Portal can be accessed here, or through the EncoreGym mobile app. Party booking opens at midnight on the first of the month, two months ahead.  Parties often sell out within 15 -20 minutes. See below for specific dates and times listed by month.
