Pricing
Base rate for parties of up to 18 participants* (including the birthday child) is $749.

• Current Encore families enjoy a 20% discount off of the base rate if actively enrolled in a class on the date of the party. This discount does not apply to families on waitlists, but does apply to siblings of students currently enrolled in classes.

• Fee for additional participants* over 18 is $25 each, up to a maximum of 40 participants*. (Encore family discount does not apply to additional participant* fees).

•  A $500 non-refundable deposit is due and payable at time of booking.  Remaining balance is due and payable on the day of the party and will be calculated based on family enrollment status and number of participants* in attendance.

• The $500 booking deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable.

*A participant is ANY child who joins any activity on the gym floor.

Booking
Keep the following in mind when booking a party:

• Alcohol: NO alcohol is permitted on the premises.

• Maximum of 40 participants* per party.

• We are unable to extend parties past the two-hour party time frame. We are unable to accommodate requests for back-to-back parties.​

• To permit as many children as possible to celebrate their birthdays with us, parties are limited to one party per child, per year.

• Parties are FINAL once booked.

• ​NO transfer or cancellation requests are accepted.

• The $500 booking deposit is non-refundable/non-transferable.

If you would like to host a party celebrating more than one birthday child, simply enroll one child, and then contact our Hospitality Team to add the additional birthday child(ren).

• New clients can create a Parent Portal account here.

The Parent Portal may be accessed here, or through the EncoreGym mobile app. Party booking opens at midnight on the first of the month, two months ahead.  Parties often sell out within 10-20 minutes. See below for specific dates and times listed by month.
