How should my child dress for class?

Leotards for girls and shorts with tight shirts for boys are best.

If hair is long enough to fit into a ponytail then that is required as well. 

Bare feet are best since socks have a tendency to slip.

Anything with snaps, zippers, buttons, etc should be left at home.

Sweats are fine at the start of class and after warm-ups kids can put the extra layers in their cubby.

Children who arrive to class in dresses, skirts or jeans will not be allowed to participate in class.

Do we need to check in at the front desk before every class?

No, only on the first day of class.

You will need to pick up a slip if your child is transferring to a new class, new time or new day, or if your child is doing a make up class.


Parents can feel free to leave during the class. However, please make sure the office has accurate contact information and also be sure to return to the gym at least five minutes prior to the end of class. If your child is very young we recommend that you remain on site.

How does auto pay work?

When you sign up for classes you are required to give your credit card information. All credit cards will be run on the 26th of each month for the upcoming session's tuition. You may pay by another method at the front desk to avoid charging the card on file. However, that payment must be made by the 24th of the month. All clients must have a credit card on file. 

What should I do if we would like to discontinue enrollment?

Although we will be sad to see you go, if you decide it is time for a break from classes, you will need to fill out the Drop Notice Form. This form needs to be submitted by the 24th of the month prior to the month you would like to stop. This allows us time to cancel your billing. Doing this also releases your spot in the class and allows us to call the next person on the waitlist for that class.

How do I know when my child is ready to move up to the next level?

When a child first joins a class or moves to a new level they will receive the skill chart for that level. This will show you what skills are required for a child to move to the next level. When your child masters all the leveled skills from an apparatus they will receive an apparatus ribbon. Once your child has earned all apparatus ribbons they will be recommended by their coach to either move to the next level or do a Technique 20 for an evaluation by a Master Coach. This evaluation takes approximately 20 minutes. The Master Coach will either move the student to the next level or advise the student on what is needed to move up.

What should I do if I want to transfer my child to another day and/or time?

If you need to change your class time give the office a call and let us know. We will work with you to find a new time that fits your schedule and has space available.

What happens if we miss a class?

We know that life gets hectic and things come up, that is why we allow make ups. In order to receive your make up you will need to contact an office staff member, leave a voice message on our absence voicemail box, or submit your absence via our website before 9 AM the day your child will miss class to notify us of the absence. You will have an entire year to use your make up, as long as your student is currently enrolled in a class. When you are ready to schedule the make up, give us a call and we will work with you to find a class in which to do your make up. When you come in on the day of your make up class, you will find a slip on our make up board with your child's name and instructor for that day on it. That will be their ticket into class. Due to the large number of students enrolled and the limited availability of make up spots, we are unable to reschedule a make up class once it has been scheduled. Please be sure to schedule carefully.

Do you offer any tuition discounts?

We offer tuition discounts for students that are enrolled in more than one class per week. You will receive a 20% discount off any additional concurrent classes. In addition, we offer a tuition discount for families with three or more children enrolled in classes. The third child from a family receives a $10/month tuition discount.
