The Details:

As of 2024, all events must be booked online, no walk-ins will be accepted.
Payment is due at time of booking.
All event participants must be potty trained and able to use the potty independently.
Grouping requests, if applicable, must be made at time of booking and are not guaranteed to be fulfilled.

ALL EVENT ACTIVITIES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME.

ALL Event attendees must be fully potty trained and able to use the bathroom independently. (Not applicable to any event requiring parent participation)

Pre-registration is required for all event activities. Payment is due at time of registration and is

non-refundable. All event registrations are final.

No discounts, refunds, cancellations, credits, or make-up visits or offered or accepted for events.
