Teen Red/White
These classes provide a fast paced learning environment for teenagers new to the sport of gymnastics. If your child is between the ages of 11 and 17 they can join our co-ed Teen Red/White level class for a challenging introduction to jumping, swinging, bouncing, running, tumbling and more with our energetic coaches. These classes are set at an exhilarating pace and you can watch your teen improve their ability and all-around athleticism as they develop skills needed to move on to our Teen Blue level!
