Teen
Blue is a fun, intermediate level class for gymnasts over the
age of 10. In Teen Blue, our teenage gymnasts build off
of skills they learned in the Red/White
level and start developing their advanced skills. At 1 1/2 hour
long, our Teen Blue classes are a great workout that will
leave your teenager begging for more! Gymnasts build great friendships
with classmates, as our coaches’ focus on team building and
the importance of healthy images as well as gymnastic ability. Gymnasts
in this level have the opportunity to participate in our recreational
competitions held twice yearly and may tryout for our performance
team.
