Tramp and Tumble Advanced
Advanced Tramp & Tumble is designed for the more advanced tumbler. In this class the gymnasts are working on punch fronts and standing back tucks. Also they continue working on connecting skills faster and stronger. Their trampoline work begins to involve twisting and routines. Gymnasts at this level may join on our performance team.
