Girls White Level
The White level is the second level of our gymnastics program. Like the Red level, we rotate through Floor, Vault, Bars, Beam, Dance, and Trampoline. We also add in a little Rhythmic Gymnastics, Fitnastics, and Foam Pit Fun!
In the White level, gymnasts start to perfect the basics as well as put together skills to make short combinations.
